Dear Student,

In February of 2016, we launched our updated USMLE Step 1 Qbank, which includes completely updated and reviewed questions, explanations, and an improved user interface. At that time, students who already had the original QBank were allowed to access both Qbanks.

Since that time, we have learned from students that almost all have moved to the new and improved Qbank. To provide all students with the best experience, we retired the older Qbank and sent emails to the small number of students that were still using it, as well as to their schools, to ensure they had plenty of notice to move over to the newer Qbank.

As such, all of our student accounts have full access to the newer resources but are no longer able to access the original Qbank. If you’ve already used all of the questions and exams in your Qbank, feel free to contact us at customer.care@kaplan.com or 1-800-KAP-TEST for a free reset of your resources.
